One address, read by a person. Whether something is broken or you simply want a game added, this is the place.
Replies usually go out within a few working days. This is a small site, not a support desk with shifts, so a message sent at the weekend will be answered during the week.
What to send
- A game will not load or crashes. Send the page address, your browser, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. Those three lines are usually enough to reproduce it.
- Something on a page is wrong. Wrong controls, wrong category, a credit in the wrong place — point at the page and say what it should say. Corrections are free and welcome.
- A game you want added. Name the game. If it is available through the network we license from, it can usually be added; if it is an exclusive belonging to another portal, it cannot, and we will tell you so rather than leave you waiting.
- You made a game. Tell us where it is distributed. Games reach this site through GameMonetize, so that is the practical route in.
- Advertising or business. Same address; put the subject in the first line.
What to send somewhere else
Copyright complaints and takedown requests have their own page, with the details a valid request needs: copyright and takedown. Sending those to the general address only slows them down.
We cannot help with accounts, purchases or progress inside a game — those live with the studio that made it, not with us. This site stores no accounts and no save data of its own.
