Terms of use

Using PokiGame Arcade means accepting the terms below. They are short on purpose.

1. What you may do

Play the games, link to any page here, and share those links freely. No account, no fee, no permission needed.

2. What the games are, legally

The games are made by independent studios and licensed for distribution through GameMonetize. Copyright, trademarks and every other right in a game stay with the studio that made it. Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you or to us. You may play a game here; you may not download, re-host, decompile, repackage or redistribute it.

3. What is ours

The written descriptions, control guides, tips, category structure, layout and code of this site are ours. Quoting a sentence with a link back is fine. Copying descriptions wholesale onto another portal is not, and it is easy to spot.

4. What you may not do

  • Scrape, mirror or bulk-copy the site or its text.
  • Frame the site, or strip a game out of its page, so that the games appear to be somewhere else.
  • Interfere with the site, its advertising, or the frames the games run in.
  • Use the site where doing so breaks your local law, your school’s rules, or your employer’s.

5. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Games are third-party software running on third-party servers: they can break, change, or disappear without notice, and we cannot guarantee any particular title will be here tomorrow. We take no responsibility for what happens inside a game, including any purchase a game offers you.

6. Links and advertising

Adverts and links to other sites are not endorsements. What happens after you leave this site is governed by whatever policies apply there.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Copyright complaints

Rights holders should use the process on the copyright and takedown page.

9. Changes

These terms can change; the current version is always the one on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
