Privacy policy

Short version: this site has no accounts, asks for nothing about you, and stores nothing you type. What data does get collected is collected by the advertising and measurement services embedded in the pages, and by the studios whose games run inside the player. The detail is below.

What we collect ourselves

Nothing that identifies you. There is no registration, no login, no newsletter and no comment form on PokiGame Arcade. Our own server keeps ordinary web logs (address requested, time, browser string, truncated IP) for security and troubleshooting, and a per-game play counter that increments without recording who pressed play. Neither is used to build a profile.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself may store a small amount of data in your browser to remember interface choices. Cookies that track you across sites come from third parties — advertising, and in some regions a consent tool that has to remember your answer. You can clear or block all of it in your browser settings; the games will still run.

Advertising

Advertising pays for the hosting. Ad networks, including Google and the ad code inside GameMonetize games, may use cookies and device identifiers to select and measure the advertising you see, and may personalise it based on your previous browsing. Google’s explanation of what it does with that data is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites; if you want personalised advertising switched off across sites, Google’s ad settings page is where to do it.

Games run in a frame, and that frame is not us

Every game is served from the studio’s or the distributor’s own hosting inside an embedded frame. While you play, that frame can set its own storage (usually to save your progress) and run its own advertising, under its own privacy policy rather than this one. If a particular game’s data handling matters to you, the studio behind it is the party to ask.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Parents who believe a child has supplied personal information through something on this site should write to [email protected] and it will be removed. Ad networks are asked to serve non-personalised advertising where a page is treated as child-directed.

Your choices

• Clear or block cookies in your browser — nothing on this site breaks if you do.
• Use your browser’s private window if you would rather nothing persists at all.
• In the EU, UK, California and other places with a consent or opt-out regime, use the consent tool shown on the site, and write to us if you want a request recorded directly.

Data we would hand over

We do not sell data, because we do not hold data worth selling. Server logs would be disclosed only where the law requires it.
