About 4 in a Blow

4 in a Blow puts a twist on the classic Connect Four formula by adding power-ups to the familiar grid. You drop colored tokens into columns, trying to line up four in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally before your opponent does. Each turn fills your power meter, and once charged you can spend it on one of four abilities: block a column so neither player can use it, swap the positions of two tokens already on the board, remove a single token from play, or take two drops in a row. The catch is that powers can't deliver the winning move directly—they're purely tactical, letting you set up your own threats or break up your opponent's plans. PokiGame Arcade offers three modes: Classic strips out the powers for standard Connect Four against AI or a friend, Blast is the full experience with all abilities unlocked, and Wakie gives you ninety seconds to rack up points with rotating power-ups and a frantic Turbo Time finale.
