About Boomstone

Boomstone drops you into a glowing mineshaft where eight colored gems appear on the wall, each stamped with a purity value. Your job is to match three or more gems of the same color to form a vein, then detonate it for points—the higher the combined purity, the bigger the blast and the faster your score climbs from the hundreds into the tens of thousands. You dig down through eight increasingly challenging layers, and after clearing each one you visit a supply station that offers a randomized set of power-ups: one might multiply points for a specific color, another doubles the value of same-color chains, and a third can supercharge your final detonation of the run. Every layer ends with a boss anomaly that changes the rules—maybe locking out a color or reducing the number of blasts you can make—so you need to read the briefing and adjust your strategy on the fly.
