Italian Brainrot Survival Arena is a two-player arcade brawler that drops you and a friend into a lava-filled cave for a chaotic duel. Your goal is simple: outlast your opponent by staying out of the lava and avoiding the rockets that rain down from the ceiling above. You can shove each other toward the edge, turning every moment into a tense battle of positioning and timing. The player who falls into the lava the most times or gets struck by a falling rocket loses the match.
