About Transition

Transition is a puzzle-platformer where you guide a small creature through color-changing platforms to reach his matching destination. The little being starts out unsure of his purpose, but when magic arrives, his path becomes clear: hop across platforms that shift colors in sync with his own transformation. Your job is to time each jump carefully so he lands only on platforms that match his current hue. Black platforms spell instant failure, and you're racing against the clock on every level. As you progress through PokiGame Arcade's collection of thoughtful puzzles, the timing windows tighten and the color sequences grow trickier, turning what begins as a gentle journey into a test of rhythm and reflexes. Each successful landing brings the creature one step closer to understanding his place in the world.
